Towels are always a good idea to dry off once done playing in the foam and water.
Do you get wet in the foam?
The answer is yes you will get wet when exposed to the foam for an extended amount of time.

The foam solution we use is designed to dissipate within a few hours, but it can also dissipate faster if you can run a sprinkler or spray the area directly with water after the party is over.

As far as physical space is concerned, the best-case scenario will be to have the foam on recently mowed grass in an area no less than least 15' x 15'.
Is foam allowed to be in a swimming pool?
No, we absolutely cannot put foam into a pool as our insurance will not allow us to.
Aside from being a safety hazard and drowning hazard it just wouldn't make common sense to do so.
The foam will also mess up your pool's Ph balance and turn your pool green after a few days.
You can have a foam party near the swimming pool and a little foam will not affect the pool too much.
What if it rains?
You have 2 hours before your party start time to let us know how the weather is where you are and to postpone or re-schedule due to weather. There will be no charge to reschedule.
1. If we arrive and it's raining, we will wait for 30 minutes to see if it stops. If it is still raining after 30 minutes, we will have to postpone and re-schedule, if we have to reschedule because of rain while at your location or on our way to your location, we charge $100 to cover the time it took for staff and travel to your event. The remaining balance will be applied to your next party.
2. If it starts to rain after we have already set up, we will wait for 30 minutes to see if it stops. If it is still raining after 30 minutes, we will charge $150 and apply the remanding balance to reschedule for another date.
3. If it starts to rain after we have been blowing foam for 30 minutes, we will wait for 30 minutes to see if it stops, if the rain does not stop, we must leave. You will not get any refund; however, we will give you $50 off your next Foam Party.
If it is a very light rain (sprinkle Mist) we will continue the party. If there is lightning present, we will have to stop the party for safety reasons. You will not get any refund; however, we will give you $50 off your next Foam Party.
We usually perform parties back-to-back and have enough time for travel, set-up/clean-up, and 30 minutes in case of rain delay, for this reason we cannot wait any longer than 30 minutes for a rain delay.
Are foam parties allowed to be held at a public park?
The answer is yes for some parks and no for others, so it's vital that you check before you reserve a pavilion.
Every park is different and has their own sets of rules and requirements. You will need to ask the park facilitator at that specific park if they would allow foam parties. If needed, we can also supply a Certificate of Insurance.
Certain parks do not allow water-based attractions (foam parties included). Other parks have no issues with foam parties. So, it is very important that you ask them first.
If we get to a park and we are not allowed in or are told to leave while doing a Foam Party by the park staff, we will have to do so, and there will be no refund given.
How do camps, school and large party venues work?
If you have more than 30 kids, its best to break them down into groups with certain time intervals.
we recommend not having more than 30 kids per group in the foam at one time. The more kids you have in the foam at the same time, the harder it is to maintain enough foam.
Things you need to know about foam parties at parks.
• You must first ask the park if they will allow it. (We can provide Proof of insurance if needed)
• You need to make sure there is a working water Spicket nearby and that we are allowed to use that water.

If you did not get permission from the park for the foam party ahead of time and they shut us down because the foam is not allowed, there will also be NO REFUNDS.
Please make sure that the power outlets and water spicket are working ahead of time before we arrive, if they are not working due to no fault of ours, there will be NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING
